Be advised that all products are subject to availability, and that we are constantly updating these pages with new items.  This website offers a modest selection of the thousands of products we carry in-stock in our real-world store, so we invite you to come visit us or call if you don't find what you're looking for here.

        
Shopping On-line: We use PayPal for all on-line purchases, but you don't need a PayPal account to buy.  We accept all major credit cards.  Additional shipping and handling fees apply.  Your order will take 1-3 business days to process, at which time we will send you a confirmation e-mail.  Occasionally there may be a delay if the product you order is out of stock; if this is the case, we will send you a separate e-mail to let you know when we expect our shipment in.
        To save on shipping costs, many of our items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.  As such, we do not always have access to a tracking number.

        
Stock Availablilty: If you need an item right away, please call to check the stock availability.  While we do strive to maintain all items instock, sometimes we sell out before we can update the website.  If an item is listed as  "Sold Out"or "Out of Stock" it is only temporary.  Sold-out items will be replaced as soon as possible; discontinued items will be removed from the website.
        Some jewelry is limited to
one of each item on hand.  Most of the companies listed on our site allow for "single item shipping," meaning that we will order the single piece you've requested.  It will come to us first for quality inspection, and then be sent out to you.  This may delay your order by a few days.   If you need more than one of a particular piece, we will ship the order when all pieces have arrived.
        If the item is not currently available, or we have to order it from our distributers, we will send you an email notification.  Drop-shipped items will ship from the manufacturer if they are available; there is a back-order delay of more than a week, we will notify you, otherwise the item will ship out as soon as it is available.

        
Reserve for In-store Pickup: Feel free to reserve an item(s) for pick-up for any in-stock merchandise.  This is considered a "hold," and as with our regular holding policy we will set the item(s) aside for you with your name and number for three days if no pre-payment is recieved.  Reservations must be made must be made by phone.

        
International Buyers: We are not currently set up for shipping outside the USA.  You cant still place orders through the website, but your subtotal will reflect only the item purchase price and does not include additional shipping charges.  Please contact us before ordering, otherwise we will send you an email with the shipping costs.  Your country may or may not charge a customs fee, which is not included.
